Ramona, Seth, their children, and their flock joined our Grow Food for Good (GFG) family in 2025. Ramona shared her family’s joy in being part of the program through a heartfelt Facebook testimonial, and we’re deeply grateful for their enthusiastic recommendation!

Most change doesn’t start with big grants or bold headlines. It starts with small, deliberate acts—done consistently, in community. That’s why I’m honored to be joining the board of Kinship Farm in Massachusetts...

"The beauty of Kinship Farm is that it is not confined to a place but is an idea. And like all good ideas that are founded on sharing, caring, and unselfishness, --they can be put to good use, -- everywhere.
My experience working with Susie Jostyn and all the participants who helped to unfold and realize Kinship Farm has provided me with valuable and practical lessons that I continue to apply to all my projects.
I am continually uplifted and inspired by the generosity, good-will, and love for others that all of Kinship Farm’s partners display. What an amazing group you all are!
The North Shore community is truly blest by the ideas that Kinship Farm champions and puts into action. They are a much needed light in the world and I am extremely grateful to contribute to it. " Kristina Lindborg
Grow food for good news updates
Kinship Farm, has grown into something eggstraordinary!
With help from our local backyard chicken farmers, we donated 4,262 eggs in 2025! That's 355 dozen acts of kindness that have reached neighbors in need!
The Acord Food Pantry received the majority of these eggs. In December we proudly began delivery to the Ipswich Council on Aging.
Thank you to every farmer, volunteer, and supporter who makes our Grow Food for Good program possible. Together, we provide fresh, free-range, nutritious eggs to our neighbors tables.
We are always welcoming local backyard chicken farmers willing to donate their eggs to our program - they receive a tax donation receipt for every egg donated.

Grow Food for Good
We are deeply grateful to share that Kinship Farm’s Grow Food for Good program received multiple grant awards in 2025. These grants helped us expand gardens, offer hydroponic growing, and food access initiatives across our community.
Thanks to the generous support of our funding partners and collaborators, these awards strengthen our ability to nourish our neighbors, steward the land, and build meaningful connections through local food.
We are honored by this trust and inspired to continue growing food for good together in 2026.
